About Octoma

Octoma is a user-friendly AI toolbox APP designed specifically for domestic AI users in China. It is currently developed exclusively for Mac users and supports the entire Apple product line from M1 to M5 chips. It integrates the necessary installation environments required for deploying local AI agents, as well as globally popular intelligent agent tools like OpenClaw, Claude Code, Hermes, and Codex, along with workflow tools such as Dify and ComfyUI. It helps users solve the troubles of complex AI command-line installations and configurations, allowing for direct one-click installation and usage without the need for proxies or mirror sites.

Octoma also integrates a simple and handy "Common Commands" saving and one-click copy tool, easily solving the烦恼 of forgetting numerous accounts, usernames, passwords, APIs, URLs, switching back and forth, and slow typing inputs. All data is securely saved in the user's local files.

Prerequisites

• Xcode CLI: You must install Xcode Command Line Tools first, which is the native Apple system-supported AI deployment environment.
  Command: xcode-select --install (Open Mac Terminal, enter the command to auto-install)
• Python 3: The toolbox depends on Python 3. (macOS comes with 3.9 by default, but some tools require 3.12. Octoma includes a one-click installer for Python 3.12)
• macOS Permissions: When opening the .app for the first time, you may see a "Downloaded from the Internet" alert. Please right-click and select "Open".
